This month we are showcasing the difference between our Cantilever Designer Flat Roof that we erected for a client in Linden, South Africa and our Strutted Cantilever Flat Roof that we erected for a client in Lynnwood, South Africa.
NOTE the overhang (Strutted Cantilever) over a parking bay when a supporting column was not desirable.
Cantilever Designer Flat Roofs offer the following benefits:
This design is aesthetically very pleasing (note the sheeting edge trimming) with a slender clean appearance, allowing the maximum clear space for parking. Future maintenance is very limited.
Strutted Cantilever Flat Roofs offer the following benefits:
This design has a clean appearance with no protruding sections above the roof line. Note the excellent edge trimming on sheeting. With no steel structure components exposed directly to the elements, all being under the high quality Chromadek factory painted roof cover. Future maintenance is extremely low.

Both projects were completed on time and on budget. These pictures illustrate the aesthetic elements and quality of workmanship and materials used, as well as the difference in the two designs.
