Smada Properties
This month we are showcasing a recently completed project for Smada Properties where we erected 29 new Tapered Beam Flat Roofs with IBR Chromadek sheeting, with cap flashings.
Tapered Beam structures offer the following benefits:
Firstly, it is an aesthetically pleasing design offered at a competitive price. Secondly, we place the entrance columns inward to a position where it is very unlikely to get damaged when entering and exiting the parking lots, and thirdly, we increase the size of purlins in order to accommodate three cars between columns where possible, as against the common two cars between columns structures.
All our metal carports are engineer’s designed and carry a 5 year warranty!
This project was completed on time and on budget. The pictures below illustrate the aesthetical elements and quality of workmanship and materials used. These low maintenance structures will protect cars against the elements for many years to come.
